Who doesn't love the smell of Waffles in the morning? I personally love it, so here is my healthy version of the regular Waffles that are made using white flour then poured over with corn syrup.
And it absolutely tastes amazing!
INSPIRED FROM Against All Grain
3 eggs
1 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons coconut flour
Preheat Waffle Pan
Blend All ingredient together until perfectly smooth with no clumps
Pour the batter into the waffle iron so it just covers the bottom portion of the iron
Cook for 1 min. on each side or until golden
Serve with 100% maple syrup or raw honey
Add blueberries and raspberries
