Here is our new favorite treat at home lately, the whole family goes for this quick fix multiple times a week.
parfait
Ingredients
Goats Yoghurt
Raw honey
Fresh Fruit
Granola : 1 cup of each chia seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, ground pumpkin seeds, ground sunflower seeds, quinoa flakes, millet flakes, oats (optional), maple syrup.
2 tbsp. coconut oil
Instructions
For the granola : Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the coconut oil and maple syrup, spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, bake at 350 until golden about 20 min., store in a airtight container
for the parfait : Assemble 2 layers of yoghurt, granola then honey, top up with fresh fruit and enjoy
